Welcome to Travely. By using our mobile application, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Travely's services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Service Description

Travely is a platform that connects travelers with travel agencies and transportation operators. We facilitate bookings, payments, and trip management. Travely acts as an intermediary — the actual transportation services are provided by our partner agencies.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the operating agency. Prices are displayed in XAF and include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners. Booking confirmation is sent via the app and email.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a fee determined by the operating agency. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; provide false information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the service's operation; resell or redistribute bookings without authorization; or harass other users or our staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travely acts as a booking platform. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or service quality issues caused by transportation operators. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on Travely are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation first. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon, governed by Cameroonian law.
